Andrew Pribil, Managing Director and lead broker at A&C Finance Group, has spent 10 years at multiple ‘big four’ banks, with experience that includes branch management, direct leadership of specialist branch lenders and strategic head office roles managing regional and national mortgage businesses.
Andrew has also achieved extensive academic qualifications, completing his MBA, along with a Bachelor of Business (Banking & Finance),
Bachelor of Arts and Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking.
Andrew is an expert in structuring investment property portfolios and is passionate about ensuring financial solutions are aligned with his clients’ long term goals.

Paul has experience in working for one of the big four banks, as well as a major superannuation administrator, whose clients include some of
Australia’s leading Superannuation funds.
Paul’s academic qualifications include a Post Graduate Certificate in Management, Certificate IV in Government and a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
His ability to structure investment portfolios ensures his clients are suitably set-up to achieve their goals. Paul is also a qualified pilot, which
underlines his broad skillset.

Megan comes from a building and construction background. This has enabled her to learn all aspects of purchasing, conveyancing, finance and much more.
Megan has completed her Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
Megan is very passionate and will go the extra lengths to help her clients find the best solution for them, whether its breaking into the market, restructuring, or getting them a better deal.

Lloyd D’Monte has a diverse range of knowledge and experience across different fields within the finance industry and now specialises in structuring property and investment portfolios . His prior roles include working as a ‘pre-bill specialist’ for Australia’s largest telecommunications provider, customer service and administrative roles at various Superannuation companies, as well as a ‘credit officer’ with two leading credit reporting agencies.
Lloyd has a Graduate Certificate in Financial Planning, as well as a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
He brings with him a ‘customer first’ attitude, that drives him to help all his clients achieve their financial goals and better prepare for a secure future.

Our administration department is led by Candice, who is renowned for implementing industrial strength processes across various organisations. With seven years’ experience as an Association Manager and Executive Assistant, Candice’s elite organisational skills ensure our clients are
informed and engaged both during and after the settlement process.
Candice also holds a Bachelor of Psychology and Certificate iv in Mortgage Broking.
Organisation is a non-negotiable with Candice managing the office!
